2027: Obidient Supporters Asked to Rally Behind Rex Biose for Delta North Senate Race

Supporters of the Obidient movement have been urged to unite behind Mr. Rex Biose’s senatorial ambition for Delta North ahead of the 2027 general elections, as preparations gather pace for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) primary election.

The call was made in a statement issued by Team Rex Biose, which appealed to members of the movement to remain committed to the ideals of integrity, competence and good governance that shaped the Obidient movement.

According to the statement, Biose’s aspiration represents an opportunity for the movement to translate its values into effective leadership and practical governance in Delta North Senatorial District.

“The forthcoming ADC primary election is a defining moment for all stakeholders who desire credible leadership. This is the time to support aspirants who embody accountability, service and forward-thinking leadership,” the statement said.

The group described Biose as a leader whose vision aligns with the principles championed by the movement, adding that his emergence would strengthen the push for a new political culture built on transparency and people-focused development.

It further urged supporters to act in line with their convictions by backing his candidacy, noting that such a move would send a strong message about the desire for change in the political landscape.

Team Rex Biose also pointed to what it described as his consistent support for the Obidient cause, citing his visible participation in activities linked to the movement, including engagements during the 2023 presidential campaign of Peter Obi.

“The journey towards a better Delta North and a better Nigeria requires unity, participation and commitment from all well-meaning citizens,” the statement added.
