The All Progressives Congress (APC), Delta State, has congratulated the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Valentine Onojeghuo Esq., on behalf of the party, the State Chairman, Chief Solomon Arenyeka, JP, described Otuaro as a distinguished son of the Niger Delta whose commitment to peace, human capital development and regional advancement remained worthy of commendation.
Arenyeka said Otuaro had demonstrated leadership, service and commitment to the development of the Niger Delta, stressing that his contributions to peace-building and empowerment deserved recognition.
“Today, we celebrate not only the birthday anniversary of High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, but also the values of leadership, service, courage, and commitment that he represents,” the APC chairman stated.
He noted that leadership should be measured by the positive impact made in the lives of others, adding that Otuaro had shown that public service provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to society, empower people and promote an environment where peace and development could thrive.
The Delta APC chairman also acknowledged the role of the Presidential Amnesty Programme in supporting the Federal Government’s efforts towards peace-building, skills development and youth empowerment in the Niger Delta.
According to him, Otuaro’s continued commitment to constructive engagement and development-oriented initiatives would contribute positively to the aspirations of the people of the region.
Arenyeka prayed for renewed strength, wisdom, good health and greater opportunities for the PAP administrator to continue his service to humanity.
