The statement quoted the Delta APC State Chairman, Chief Solomon Arenyeka, JP, as commending the lawmaker for what he described as outstanding representation and unwavering commitment to the development of his constituency.
“Rt. Hon. Rev. Francis Waive has, over the years, demonstrated what true representation should look like. He has remained deeply connected to his people, attentive to their needs and deliberate in attracting meaningful development to the constituency,” Arenyeka stated.
According to the APC chairman, Waive’s contributions at the National Assembly have been “thoughtful, courageous and people-focused,” adding that the federal lawmaker has continued to distinguish himself through quality representation and grassroots engagement.
The party also praised the legislator’s commitment to youth and women empowerment across the constituency, noting that his interventions have positively impacted many lives.
“What stands him out is not just his performance as a legislator, but his heart for people. Through empowerment programmes, educational support and opportunities created for youths and women, he has consistently shown that leadership must touch lives directly,” the statement quoted Arenyeka as saying.
The APC further noted that at 60, Waive has built “a legacy of service and compassion worthy of celebration.”
The party joined family members, political associates, constituents and well-wishers in celebrating the lawmaker, while praying for continued good health, wisdom and more years of fruitful service.
