As preparations intensify for the highly anticipated GbaramatuVoice 10th Anniversary Celebration and the Niger Delta Night of Honor 2025, the GbaramatuVoice delegation paid a strategic courtesy visit to Hon. George Ekpemupolo, the Chief Executive Officer of GEECOMS Integrated Services Limited and former Chairman of Warri South West Local Government Area, Delta State.
The meeting, held at Hon. Ekpemupolo’s office, is part of the media group’s ongoing stakeholder engagement campaign aimed at uniting influential voices and strengthening regional collaboration in the build-up to the landmark event.
Scheduled for August 27–28, 2025, at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, the dual event will celebrate a decade of impactful journalism, advocacy, and community development driven by GbaramatuVoice, while also honoring distinguished personalities who have contributed to the progress of the Niger Delta region.
Speaking after the visit, members of the GbaramatuVoice team emphasized the importance of involving respected leaders such as Hon. Ekpemupolo in the ongoing movement, reinforcing the event’s theme of unity, legacy, and transformation.
“Every engagement brings us closer to the heart of the Niger Delta. Hon. George Ekpemupolo remains a key voice in the region, and his support symbolizes the strength of our collective journey,” a team representative stated.
