Chief Izoukumor, who is also the Feyiwei of Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom, recalled with emphasis the Governor’s decisive role in calming tensions during the agitation that followed the delineation of the Warri Federal Constituency by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), as directed by the Supreme Court.
