The Delta State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Peter Orubebe, on the occasion of his 67th birthday anniversary, describing him as a distinguished statesman whose contributions to national development remain invaluable.
In a goodwill message issued on behalf of the party, the Delta APC Chairman, Solomon Arenyeka, praised Orubebe’s enduring commitment to public service, noting that his leadership and dedication have left a lasting impact on Delta State, the Niger Delta region, and Nigeria as a whole.
According to Arenyeka, Orubebe’s life has been marked by selfless service, courage, and an unwavering commitment to the progress of society.
“Elder Godsday Orubebe is a remarkable son of Delta State whose dedication to public service has earned him the admiration and respect of many Nigerians. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, humility, and a genuine passion for the progress of our people,” Arenyeka stated.
The APC chairman further noted that Orubebe’s wealth of experience and statesmanship continue to serve as a source of inspiration to political leaders and younger generations across the country.
“As he marks another year of God’s faithfulness, we celebrate not only his achievements but also his enduring commitment to peace, unity, and the advancement of society. His life remains a shining example of purposeful leadership and service to humanity,” he added.
Arenyeka prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the elder statesman, wishing him good health, wisdom, strength, and many more years of impactful service to the nation.
