The All Progressives Congress in Delta State has congratulated Stella Okotete, Executive Director of Nigerian Export-Import Bank and former National Woman Leader of the party, on the occasion of her birthday.
In a statement issued on Monday by the Delta State Publicity Secretary of the party, Valentine Onojeghuo, the party described Okotete as an exceptional leader whose contributions to politics, governance and national development have remained impactful.
The statement noted that her birthday was not only a time for celebration but also an opportunity to reflect on her achievements in public service and her commitment to empowering women and young people across the country.
According to the party, Okotete has distinguished herself as a woman of courage, competence and dedication, particularly through her role at Nigerian Export-Import Bank, where she has helped to expand export financing opportunities and support initiatives aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s economy.
The party also commended her tenure as former National Woman Leader of the APC, saying she brought innovation, passion and strategic leadership to party administration while promoting greater inclusion for women in politics.
Delta APC Chairman, Solomon Arenyeka, in the message, described Okotete as a shining example of purposeful leadership and selfless service.
He said Okotete’s humility, brilliance and dedication to service had continued to inspire many Nigerians, adding that her life remains proof that determination, loyalty and compassion can lead to success while uplifting others.
Arenyeka further said the party was proud of her accomplishments and the honour she continues to bring to both Delta State and the APC.
