First Lady Hails Hilda Baci on New Guinness World Record for Jollof Rice

Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has congratulated celebrity chef Hilda Baci on her latest achievement of setting another Guinness World Record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice.

In a statement issued yesterday, the First Lady praised Baci’s passion, resilience, and creativity in showcasing one of Nigeria’s most loved dishes on the global stage.

“Your art of culinary techniques has not only brought pride to our dear nation, but has also gained national and global recognition,” Mrs. Tinubu said.

She commended the chef for inspiring young Nigerian women through her hard work, determination, and innovation. According to the First Lady, Baci’s accomplishment demonstrates what Nigerian youth can achieve when they dare to dream.

Senator Tinubu prayed for greater successes for the chef and other young Nigerians striving to make their mark worldwide.
