President Tinubu Returns to Abuja After Concluding Vacation Early

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is back in Abuja after wrapping up his work vacation earlier than planned.

The President touched down in the capital on Tuesday evening, following a trip that began on September 4, 2025. Initially, Tinubu was expected to spend 10 working days away, splitting time between France and the United Kingdom. However, plans shifted, and the President cut his holiday short.

Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, confirmed in a statement on Monday that Tinubu would resume official duties on Tuesday, September 16.

During his stay in Paris, the President held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace. The two leaders reportedly discussed key areas of cooperation and agreed to strengthen ties between Nigeria and France in the interest of mutual growth and global stability.

President Tinubu is now back in the country and is expected to immediately dive back into his official schedule.
