The Delta State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated Governor Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori on his emergence as New Telegraph Governor of the Year, describing the prestigious recognition as a clear validation of his administration’s unprecedented developmental strides and impactful leadership.
