Delta APC Celebrates State Chairman, Solomon Arenyeka at 69

The Delta State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated its State Chairman, Chief Solomon Arenyeka JP, Eson of Warri Kingdom, on the occasion of his 69th birthday anniversary, describing him as a stabilizing force and a leader of exceptional wisdom and humility.

In a statement issued on Thursday by the State Publicity Secretary of the party, Valentine Onojeghuo Esq., the party joined stakeholders, faithful members, and supporters across the state in celebrating the APC chairman for his impactful leadership and commitment to the growth of the party and society.

The statement noted that Chief Arenyeka has continued to distinguish himself through purposeful leadership, dedication, and service both in politics and traditional leadership.

According to the statement, “While birthdays are ordinarily moments of celebration, today, Delta APC proudly celebrates a leader whose life has remained a shining example of impactful service, enduring legacy, dedication, humility, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to both party and people.”

The party also highlighted Chief Arenyeka’s revered traditional title as the Eson of Warri Kingdom, describing it as a recognition of honour, trust, and selfless service within the Warri Kingdom.

APC further recalled his contributions to grassroots governance during his tenure as Chairman of Warri North Local Government Council, where he was said to have demonstrated genuine commitment to development and effective leadership.

Since becoming the Delta APC Chairman, the statement said Chief Arenyeka has provided calm and inclusive leadership that has helped strengthen unity within the party.

“His inclusive leadership style, accessibility, and ability to unite diverse interests continue to earn him admiration and respect across political and social divides,” the statement added.

The party quoted leadership expert John C. Maxwell, saying, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way,” noting that the description perfectly reflects Chief Arenyeka’s character and style of leadership.

It further praised his years of sacrifice and commitment to humanity, citing the late British statesman Winston Churchill’s words: “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”

The Delta APC prayed for God to grant the party chairman continued good health, divine wisdom, renewed strength, and many more years of fruitful service to the party, Delta State, Warri Kingdom, and humanity.

Chief Solomon Arenyeka clocks 69 amid widespread goodwill messages from party faithful, political associates, and admirers across the state.
