Bosin Hails Tonlagha at 50, Describes Him as Beacon of Philanthropy and Purposeful Leadership

The Chairman of the Niger Delta Basin Development Authority (NDBDA), Chief Barr. Ebikeme Bosin, has extended warm felicitations to renowned philanthropist and industrialist, Engr. Matthew Tonlagha, on the occasion of his 50th birthday anniversary.
