Delta APC Chairman, Sobotie Leads by Example, Participates in E-Registration, Urges Members to Validate Membership

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, Elder Omeni Sobotie, has participated in the ongoing E-membership registration exercise, calling on party members across the state to validate their membership.

Elder Sobotie registered on Friday, the 16th, at his Agbarho Ward in Ughelli North Local Government Area, in what party leaders described as a deliberate move to mobilise members and demonstrate confidence in the APC’s electronic registration initiative.

The E-registration exercise, according to the party, is aimed at strengthening internal democracy, improving documentation, and expanding the APC’s membership base across Delta State.

Speaking after completing his registration, the APC chairman urged all party members to actively participate in the exercise by validating or revalidating their membership, stressing that the process is vital to repositioning the party for future political engagements.

He noted that a credible and verified membership database would enhance the party’s organisational strength and readiness ahead of upcoming political activities.

Elder Sobotie also assured members that the registration process would be conducted transparently, credibly and in strict adherence to party guidelines, adding that no genuine member of the APC would be excluded from the exercise.

According to him, the ongoing E-registration is expected to significantly boost the party’s membership strength, promote unity, and ensure proper documentation of members across the state.

He therefore appealed to party faithful at the ward, local government and senatorial district levels to take full advantage of the exercise and participate actively, emphasising that a strong and verified membership base remains critical to the growth and success of the APC in Delta State.

The E-membership registration exercise is currently ongoing in all wards and local government areas across Delta State.
