The Chief Executive Officer of Path-Way Group of Companies, Mr. Victor Ucheka, has been conferred with the prestigious title of Fellow Associate of African Entrepreneurs by the Commonwealth of Entrepreneurs in Africa in recognition of his exceptional contributions to entrepreneurship, economic development, and youth empowerment across the African continent.
The investiture ceremony took place on Monday, June 22, 2026, at the corporate headquarters of Path-Way Group. The honour was formally presented by the Director of Administration of the Commonwealth of Entrepreneurs in Africa, Dr. Anthony Tsegeska, alongside Comrade Mulatu Abdjebar, in the presence of members of the organization, associates of Path-Way Group, and other distinguished guests.
Speaking during the ceremony, Dr. Tsegeska said the Fellowship was conferred on Mr. Ucheka in recognition of his outstanding achievements in business, his commitment to youth empowerment, and his unwavering dedication to the socio-economic development of Africa. He noted that Mr. Ucheka’s entrepreneurial journey has inspired countless young Africans to pursue innovation, self-reliance, and enterprise.
According to him, the remarkable success of Path-Way Group, particularly in property development and sales, employment generation, and entrepreneurship promotion, has created meaningful opportunities for many people while contributing significantly to Africa’s economic growth.

Responding after receiving the honour, Mr. Ucheka expressed profound appreciation to the Commonwealth of Entrepreneurs in Africa for finding him worthy of such a prestigious recognition. He described the Fellowship as both a great honour and a call to greater responsibility in advancing entrepreneurship across the continent.
