The Chief Executive Officer of Path-Way Group of Companies, Mr. Victor Ucheka, has extended warm felicitations and heartfelt congratulations to the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the joyous occasion of his 63rd birthday.

He described the Governor as a humble, accessible, and visionary leader whose passion for the growth and prosperity of Delta State remains evident.
Ucheka also praised the Governor for his efforts in promoting peace and strengthening security architecture in the state, noting that a secure environment is essential for economic growth and social stability. He expressed confidence that under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Delta State would continue to witness greater progress and sustainable development.
