The Victor Ucheka Foundation has empowered selected women in Asaba with cash grants aimed at boosting their small-scale businesses as part of its ongoing commitment to grassroots economic development.

Speaking at the empowerment exercise, the Chairman of the Victor Ucheka Foundation, Comrade Victor Ucheka, said the initiative was designed to support market women at the beginning of the year, enabling them to strengthen their businesses and improve their livelihoods.

Ucheka, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Path-Way Group of Companies, emphasized that women play a critical role in sustaining local economies and deserve targeted support.

According to him, the foundation remains committed to uplifting women and promoting self-reliance through practical empowerment programs.
“As the year begins, it is important for us to support our market women so they can boost their businesses. We are grateful to God for the opportunity to support these women and help improve their economic capacity,” Ucheka stated.
He added that the Victor Ucheka Foundation will continue to roll out initiatives focused on empowering women, youths, and the less privileged across Delta State.

Beneficiaries of the cash empowerment expressed appreciation to the foundation, describing the intervention as timely and impactful. They pledged to utilize the funds responsibly to expand their businesses and support their families.

The Victor Ucheka Foundation has consistently contributed to community development through empowerment programs, educational support, and humanitarian outreach initiatives within the state.
